When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Delivery times vary by destination:

US: 5–8 business days · UK: 6–10 business days · Canada / Australia: 8–14 business days.

How can I check my order status?

Enter your order number and email above to see your shipment status. You can also find the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order was dispatched.

I made a mistake in my order — can I change it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at contact.everstride@gmail.com with your order number and what needs to change — we process changes during business hours.

Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible, but you're still covered by our 60-Day Fit Guarantee.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

We offer a 60-Day Fit Guarantee. If the fit isn't right within 60 days of receiving your order, email us with your order number and the size you need — we'll send the new size free of charge with no need to return the original.
