    How do I place an order?

    Browse our product pages, choose your size and color for each pair, and click ADD TO CART. From the cart drawer, click CHECKOUT to complete your purchase securely.

    Need help choosing the right size? Use the Find Your Size chart on each product page.

    How do I track my order?

    Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number to the email address used at checkout. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Order page.

    Can I change my delivery address?

    If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at contact.everstride@gmail.com with your order number and the new address. We process address changes as quickly as possible during business hours.

    Once an order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

    What is the process for returns?

    We offer a 60-Day Fit Guarantee. If the fit isn't right within 60 days of receiving your order, email us with your order number and the size you need — we'll send the new size free of charge with no need to return the original.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Email us at contact.everstride@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible — we process cancellations during business hours.

    Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you're protected by our 60-Day Fit Guarantee.
