Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends ship the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, with priority service to:

• United States: 5-10 business days
• United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
• Canada: 7-14 business days
• Australia: 10-15 business days
• Other countries: 10-20 business days

Shipping Costs

Flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout based on destination. Free shipping on orders over $50.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at contact.everstride@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us within 1 hour of placing the order and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.
