If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Everstride socks, we offer a 60-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery - no questions asked.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at contact.everstride@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll respond within 12 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the product back to the address provided (return shipping costs are covered for defective items).
- Once we receive the return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- For hygiene reasons, only unworn or lightly tried-on items qualify for refund. Exchanges accepted for any condition.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.
