Our 60-Day Fit Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Everstride socks, we offer a 60-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery - no questions asked.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at contact.everstride@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 12 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided (return shipping costs are covered for defective items).
  4. Once we receive the return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • For hygiene reasons, only unworn or lightly tried-on items qualify for refund. Exchanges accepted for any condition.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.
